What is NFT?
NFTs (Non Fungible Tokens) are one-of-a-kind, digital goods stored on a blockchain (e.g. Ethereum) that authenticates an asset as a genuine and original entity.
How to purchase NFTs?

After onboarding with Metamask, you’ll need to add some ETH to it. You can buy Ethereum directly on Metamask by going to Buy > Continue to Wyre. Make sure to add enough to cover the cost of your desired NFT and the accompanying Ethereum gas fee (a fee you must pay to have your transaction authorized on the Ethereum network).

Why would I want to own an NFT?
One reason to buy an NFT is for its emotional value, which isn’t so different from physical objects…unless you’re a total utilitarian. No one buys lip gloss because they need it. They buy it for the way it makes them feel. The same can be true for a GIF, image, video, or other digital asset.
The other reason is because you think it’s valuable…and will only increase in value. And yes, you can make money off of an NFT by buying and reselling it for more.
Can anyone make an NFT?
Technically, anyone can create a piece of art, turn it into an NFT on the blockchain (a process called ‘minting’) and put it up for sale on a marketplace of choice. You can even attach a commission to the file, which will pay you every time someone buys the piece through a resale, but there are technical challenges, hidden fees and other possible things that you don’t know before.
